Hello, my name is Albert G. Stoll, Jr. and I am a plaintiff’s
personal injury trial lawyer. I also specialize in an area of the
law called insurance bad faith.
First, I help people who have been injured in car accidents.
Sometimes people are not hurt at all in car accidents, sometimes
people are hurt but they get better right away. Unfortunately
sometimes people end up with chronic neck and back injuries following
motor vehicle collisions caused by negligent drivers. These are the
people insurance companies question the most. Insurance companies
are not eager to provide fair compensation even for a legitimate

of typical cases. Lately is seems like insurance companies who sell
disability insurance policies to working professionals have a hard
time treating their own insureds fairly when they have a claim for an
injury or illness that prevents them from working. I also have
experience helping people who have claims under a homeowner's
policy. Your insurance company may balk at paying a large theft
claim without a long drawn out investigation. If your house burns
down your own insurance company may try and argue you started the
fire to get the insurance money. Seems outlandish that your own
insurance company would accuse you of being a criminal, but it can
