This is a very thorough course on healing. It was developed out of a channeling and consists of methods for channeling healing energy and using symbols (geometric shapes) , color and light to heal the energy field. It discusses all the layers of the energy field, what they look like and how to percieve them as well as information on chakras and all the defects that can occur. It teaches you different methods for aura viewing and viewing chakras -- passing of hands, empathy, psychic site (in the mind), viewing with the eyes -- and how to combine all of these and strengthen your intuitive abilities. There is a meditation manual included. Unlike Reiki, which does its own thing without much thought or focus, Chios does involve technique, intent, visualization and focus to heal and treat defects within the energy field.

It offers a treatment procedure to follow and how to do different treatments techniques for: sealing leaks and tears, unblocking chakras, removing impurities from the field, grounding, spinal flush, charging undercharged chakras, balancing overactive/underactive chakras, healing depletion of the energy field and more. Once completing and passing the course (involved completing assignments and demonstrating work on others), you receive a certificate for each level. Then your name and information is sent to The Chios Institute where you are listed in the database and they send you the attunement manual, assignment marking key and forms and certificate templates needed to teach the course to others. The course is $50/ level, $150/full course (is the set minumum through the institute).
