Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in Virgo
Mercury left retrograde on the 18th, meaning communications and problems/delays with communications mediums & travel can now get back on track and be less tedius. Any misunderstandings can be resolved.
The energy of the lunar eclipse should now be being felt. The eclipse takes place on the 20/21st, although its energy can sometimes be felt a day or so before and after. A lunar eclipse has an effect upon the emotions, family and anything inner and subconscious (as relating to a full moon). In virgo, it can make one feel hyper-critical or nit-picking towards partners or others in the environment... or even towards oneself. Saturn is currently in retrograde, also in the sign of Virgo. Because Saturn is conjuncting the lunar eclipse in this sign, this can bring much restriction in feelings and their expression. However, the eclipse is trined with Pluto right now (planet of transformation) reducing too much negative effects and bringing transformative potential towards something positive.
Even if the eclipse is bringing with it some surprises or tensions, try to recognize its transformative potential. Eclispes tend to "eclispe out" of our lives certain elements that are not working. It is a good time for any healing efforts or efforts at change, especially due to pluto's involvement. Do whatever you can to raise your vibration, whenever you think of it. Though, try to make it fun and joyful and not an effort. Some suggestions?
1. Buy yourself some plants, flowers or a fountain for your home, or water and tend to the plants you have
2. Burn inscence, candles or anything that uplifts you scenses and sights
3. Listen to up-beat or soothing music each day
4. Dont let a funk keep you down too long. Feel the feelings, send love to them and honor them, but be committed to taking some time to play or to be creative.
5. Write a love poem to yourself, journal things your grateful for, or do anything creative that makes you feel inspired
6. Exercise or take a walk every day to enjoy and appreciate nature
7. Talk to friends who have an uplifting and supportive effect on you. Dont overextend yourself or do too much caretaking over others
8. Love... even if it's just yourself... Say "I love you" without worrying about the outcome or whether it's felt or not
9. Tune into spirituality, read uplifting things or try meditation
1o. Eat healthy and treat your body good
