Chains that bind

Give a voice to your heart and soul. Only when you do this will you give wings to yourself that are strong enough to break the chains that bind you.
When we are children our parents encourage us to use our words. Later is life we are encouraged to “speak your mind”. These are all good things but still there is more.
Even when we speak our mind, our words can be a terrible cage. There are so many words in the English language, and that is changing it seems, by the minute! Even still, if you speak only your mind what about the rest of you? Are you not more than your mind? I believe that you are. Our ego lives in our mind, and if we only speak from there often we are letting our ego do the speaking; that can be a tricky if not dangerous thing.
We must learn to get in touch with our heart and soul. From that depth will come the words that are at the core of your Self. Yes, the words are still limited, but if you are truly speaking from your heart and soul, then there is an energy to your words that will help in their interpretation.
We are all children of God, and one day we may not need the words, but for now we do. Don’t forget the source of power behind your words. If we leave that up to the ego and the mind, you’ll be talking for a long time – but you may be talking to yourself in the end.

Your book is a self learning project, if you listen to yourself and know what you want and not let other obstacles and concerns from others points of views get in your mind,> as the way I read your book, I love the fact that religion is a role play here, as I believe in the Faith of God, I can relate to a lot of ways you point out in your book, just we have to find our which way we choose that suits us in our own life, very Uplifting and encouraging, lots of Hope indeed .. if we listen to our inner strength, ~Annette
