Thought of the day

There are many thoughts we have easily over 40,000 a day. I just want to add one more.

Frogs taste bad, no matter what.

Einstein once said; “Once you can accept the universe as matter expanding into nothing that is something, wearing stripes with plaid comes easy”.

No kidding!  In the scope of things how many mole hills do we turn into mountains?  I had a friend that used to drive me crazy.  Her favorite thing to say was, “whatever”.  That term, as it is used, sounds so apathetic to me.  “Don’t you care about anything?!” I’d ask her… and her response was usually, “Don’t sweat the little things”.  There was no one that could bring me down to earth then her.  I loved her.

There is so much in the world that have control over… and some we have little influence… but why do we get so wrapped up in the little things.  One of my instructors taught me that if you have a lot of frogs to eat, you eat the biggest frogs first.  The idea is they’re all gonna taste bad… so you might as well get the big ones over with first.  Focus on the big things… as they are addressed you might just be surprised how many little things just happen to take care of themselves.

Bright blessings ~ Richard
