Thought of the day

There are many thoughts we have easily over 40,000 a day. I just want to add one more.

I dunno; what you want to do?
The Druid's Grove ~ Thought of the Day

“Never fear shadows. They simply mean there is a light shining somewhere nearby

I dunno; what do you want to do?

“A rolling stone gathers no moss”. I was reminded of this old saying recently by something I read by Mike Dooley, Author of, Notes from the Universe, contributor to The Secret and much more. He wrote: “If you are feeling like you don’t know what to do; do anything. If you are feeling like you don’t know what to feel; feel happy!”

Wow… what great advice! If you’re sitting around glum as can be, I promise you – you will only slip on that muddy slop and fall deeper into the muck. But if you get up, put on as happy a face as you can and do something – even if it’s just to go for a walk – you’ll be MUCH better off. If you can go for a walk in nature that would be even better. Mother Teresa said; “ We need to find God, and he cannot be found in noise and restlessness. God is the friend of silence. See how nature - trees, flowers, grass- grows in silence; see the stars, the moon and the sun, how they move in silence... We need silence to be able to touch souls.” But the point is get up and do something or you will, like the preverbal stone, start to gather moss.   Not only that, but I think it’s some sort of universal law that anything that is moving will cause those things it comes into contact with to move too. Yeah, the apple guy said that! So, if you are stuck and not sure what’s supposed to happen next… don’t worry about all that, but just start moving – your movement will start other things moving and before you know it you might be in for an avalanche to help you figure out what’s next!   The longer you sit there contemplating your navel… the only thing that will happen is your navel will get bigger.

Bright blessings ~ Richard

Can someone please tell me why my life sucks?!

Its a little book packed full of perspective to help you stay on course - it's better than a compass!
