Thought of the day

There are many thoughts we have easily over 40,000 a day. I just want to add one more.

The Right Questions.

Do you have a problem and you don’t know where to turn? Career? Love Life? Life’s Path? Best selling author, life coach and my mentor, Debbie Ford has given us “The Right Questions” that can help anyone have an extraordinary life! Our life is made of choices. You are what you are today because of your past choices. If you want to be different tomorrow… next week, next year… start making different choices today!

 Here’s the questions:
1) Will this choice propel me to an inspiring future? Or hold me back, stuck in the past?
2) Will this choice fulfill my long term vision, or meet my immediate needs with self gratification?
3) Right now… with this choice am I looking for what’s right, or looking for what’s wrong?
4) Does this choice empower me, or disempower me?
5) Do I make this choice out of an act of faith, or an act of fear?
6) Is this choice a catalyst to grow and evolve, or do I beat myself up?
7) Does this choice add to my life-force or rob me of my energy?
8) Does this choice allow me to stand in my own power, or am I merely pleasing another?
9) Is this choice an act of self love, or self sabotage?
10) Am I making this choice from my divinity or from my humanity?

Debbie’s audio book on this subject is GREAT… I recommend it to anyone. Every step of the way… if you face your choices with your reason and these questions, and perhaps a little less emotion, you’ll find yourself living a far from mediocre life.  If you ask the right questions, you’ll get the right answers!

Bright blessings ~ Richard
