Thought of the day

There are many thoughts we have easily over 40,000 a day. I just want to add one more.

The only difference between a rut and a grave are the dimensions.
The Druid's Grove ~ Thought of the Day

"Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You."

(Dr. Suess )

The only difference between a rut and a grave are the dimensions.

Are you feeling stuck? You know that somehow there is more to life then what you seem to have right now. There are more feelings than what you are feeling right now, but you can’t seem to find whatever it is that will help you reveal what is behind the curtain.

If you feel this way, first you have to know that you are not alone. I believe there are times in our lives when we all can feel this way off and on. After all, didn’t Jesus even seem to suffer doubt in the Garden of Gethsemane?

When we are feeling stuck we need to take an inventory as to why that might be? Are we afraid of something? Are we angry at something? I guarantee that if you ask the right questions of yourself, you will get the right answer. And I am willing to bet that if you ask the right question the answer to being stuck will have something to do with anger, frustration, hurt, worry, doubt, apathy, not knowing, (lack of confidence) or the grand-daddy of them all and where all others stem – Fear. I’d take that bet because all of these feelings as I said stem from fear, and it is fear that shuts us down. Fear as an emotion closes things, stops us in our tracks, condenses, freezes; keep us from seeing beyond the nose on our face.

How do we get past this? With fear’s greatest enemy – Love. Love is freeing. Love is kind, caring. Love opens and expands, love allows. You remember when you felt love for a special someone… you were on top of the world and nothing could stop you. Everything was good.

So, if you are stuck – start loving. Start with yourself; love yourself. Then start spreading it out – sharing that great feeling. I guarantee you’ll not be stuck for much longer. Now if love, caring, affection are difficult for you to master then your work is indeed cut out for you. Just remember; Practice makes Perfect.

Can someone please tell me why my life sucks?!

Do you have that friend that is always saying; "It'll never work." Have you heard them say, "I'm not a pessimist, I'm a realist!". If you know someone like that then they need my book. Its a little book packed full of perspective to help anyone stay on course - it's better than a compass!
