So, Valentine’s Day is just two days away. It really doesn’t matter what you think about the origin of this special day, the fact remains that it is a day dedicated to love. Who are your special loves and how will you honor them? It was easy in elementary school, I remember handing out and receiving dozens of Valentine cards. There was always one or two very special ‘crush’ cards that I would give.

Now that you’re an adult, you can’t give out dozens of cheesy little cards; or can you? I say why not?! Love is love, and how you express that is personal and really doesn’t matter. What truly matters is that you EXPRESS it!

The thing I want to point out though. I hope on the list of your Valentines, you find your own name, and it better be close to the top – if not the first on the list. When we are talking about love, never forget to love yourself. Even on Valentines Day – buy yourself a chocolate bar or treat yourself to a movie. Trust me, you are worthy of it.
