Thought of the day

There are many thoughts we have easily over 40,000 a day. I just want to add one more.

the leg bones connected to the knee bone...
Greenman Coaching ~ Thought of the Day

"Today you are You, that is truer than true. There is no one alive who is Youer than You."

(Dr. Suess )

"... the leg bone's connected to the knee bone ..."

Just how connected are you? Do you feel the connection between you and your partner? Many people easily, intimately feel this connection. Do you feel the connection with your family? Usually there is a strong connection there too, but sometimes things happen to disconnect us from family. Are you connected to nature? Some people feel very connected to their pet / animal friends, but do the trees whisper to you – do the rocks ‘speak’ to you? Have you ever been on a walk in nature and closed your eyes relishing the sun on your face and the breeze against your skin, and when you opened your eyes everything looked more clear; the colors more distinct and brilliant? Not everyone can feel so connected to nature.

But it is this very sort of connection that we can, and should feel every day, and it’s our choice. There’s an old saying; “Take time to smell the roses”. Nothing could be more prevalent in todays hectic sometimes chaotic world. We are becoming (and in many ways have already become) disconnected. This is something our ego clearly does not mind, but it is a self defeating process. Yes, we are all individual (and our egos will protect that to the end) but it is only in being connected to every living thing that our life becomes full, and in many respects easier.

Don’t worry, I’m not going to ask you to go out and hug a tree today (although it wouldn’t kill you) but I would like you to think of people and things around you that you feel connected to. What is that feeling?; a feeling of love, respect, admiration or peace. Do you like fishing? Perhaps you are connected to the river and the peaceful feelings you get while fishing. Do you love watching children play in the park? It’s easy to feel connected to them.

Be aware… be connected – it will serve you.

Love and Bright blessings ~ Richard

What others have said of ...Why my life sucks?!:

“My life sucks” is a wonderful book which will I feel help young teenagers and adults alike find their way in the world. We live in a world that contains crime, poverty, divorce, depression, all manner of negatives. This book gives the tools to help the individual deal with some of lifes challenges.I highly recommend it. ~Sasha~

This book by Richard Hill has a lot of elements of our reality that we face today, but may not notice. It included relegion, philosophy, quantim physics, science, and psychology that Richard has integrated in his book. It a help book that not only does it have one element that you may not suit you, but it has several that you may relate to! Great, short, and to the point! wonderful book to read to inspire you and does not take years or months- almost instant! ~Maria~

Your book is a self learning project, if you listen to yourself and know what you want and not let other obstacles and concerns from others points of views get in your mind,> as the way I read your book, I love the fact that religion is a role play here, as I believe in the Faith of God, I can relate to a lot of ways you point out in your book, just we have to find our which way we choose that suits us in our own life, very Uplifting and encouraging, lots of Hope indeed .. if we listen to our inner strength, ~Annette
