Science and Religions all over the world have been trying to answer this since the dawn of mankind.
Reality is only one of the infinite possibilities of existences of infinite forms of energy.
Reality is a comfort zone, creation of our own minds based on its intricate design and memory.
The reality that we experience is infinitely limited by our knowledge and design and the reality for each one of us is strikingly different.
This reality is not for real because if this reality is for real then there are infinite other realities in which our reality does not exist.
