Your talents, abilities and skills amount to more than your job title.  As you start a new phase in a job search it is important to remember this.  Wisdom is developed from harnessing all of your gifts - intellectual, emotional, spiritual and relational.  Losing a job can be crushing to the spirit, unless you look at it as a time to make a new start.  If anyone watched the movie Hancock, you will realize the point of the story was that hero's learn to find their ability to live not for just themselves but for other people as well.  Sometimes that means walking away from the very thing that you thought gave your life meaning and purpose, even when it is your work, and looking for new ways and paths that you can walk upon to use your talents.
