Introduction

My name is David and as you know my screen name here on Keen is Tin Crow.  I expect you have not given any thought to my screen name but in case you have, there is some significance associated with the screen name.  For one thing, it is unique.  It is not a screen name I use elsewhere.  So before I bore you further let me get to the point and explain why I chose the screen name Tin Crow for use here on Keen as opposed to duplicating some of the others I have used elsewhere.

I would like you to know that establishing a profile here on Keen is not something I have taken lightly.  I take this very seriously and plan a professional approach to advising all of you.  This does not only mean you will treated as a customer should be treated.  It is more than that, you will be treated as a friend.

You have the option of seeking assistance from a licensed therapist but why pay them exhorbitant amounts of money to be condescending and treat you like a patient? Why, when Tin Crow is not limiting your time and treats you like a friend. He is the big brother you never had or wished you could speak to openly on a subject that troubles you without being judged.  Your siblings or other family member you wish to confide in are family, so of course they love you and for them what bothers you will either become a source of worry, something they interfere with in a way you do not approve of, or both.

Alright so why Tin Crow!?! I began my presence here on Keen by creating the listing for advisor services I felt the most passion for and could provide the best advice for - interpersonal relationships.  A few more listings are in the works for the near future but for now I want to focus on how I can serve you within the scope of my existing listing before I create new ones.  Because this listing is about interpersonal relationships I recognize how the heart and mind are involved.  We feel feelings of love in our heart and we give these feelings meaning in our minds.

Tin is short for the Tin Man who wanted a heart and followed the yellow brick road on his way to finding his heart.  I want to be the path towards your coming to terms with what feelings you have, want to have, and how to cope with them.  I want to show you how to use those feelings to cultivate the feelings you wish another to have for you when possible, and when not, how to accept those feelings cannot be reciprocated without your heart breaking.

Crow is short for the Scare Crow who was brainless and followed the yellow brick road on his way to getting a brain.  In my guiding you to an understanding of what is in your mind and the mind of others you are trained to make decisions that best protect your feelings, understand the mixed signals you receive from others, and  communicate in a way that promotes a healthy relationship.

As you may well know, I have advised and written on this subject for many years.  I will be reposting many blogs I have written over the years for you to enjoy here on Keen.  During this time or at the latest once all relevant blogs have been reposted, I will be contributing new ones.

I do hope that you find my insight helpful but I realize every scenario is different and how I have addressed relationship problems in the past are not always going to be on point if at all helpful to you.  In that case I urge you to please call me. Blogs are a great starting point but a brief call with me will go much farther in helping you get on track.  So do not delay, call me today!
