If you are just learning to live in the present moment, it takes a while to get the hang of leaving the past and the future alone. It's the ego's for confusion.
I love the Red buds and the Weeping Cherries
Spring is such a rich time of year.... I love the red buds and the weeping cherries and the light rain that brings forth the green grasses and all the spring flowers. If you are saying what does this have do with me...loads.
It's a time to make some changes in you life, to sift through some
from debris in the house. Those things stuffed into cupboards and closets that you haven't used in a couple of years. Out they go, give them away to friends or to good will.
Now it's time for fresh new you. Maybe a new color for your hair
or a stylish new cut. Cutting back on the carbs and maybe some Yoga. I did some yoga last night and I felt so good afterwords.
Some of you maybe be thinking of a new place to live or perhaps some consolidation with others people. It seems like a time of new growth and some of it in old ways.
