Website Usability is the effectiveness and efficiency of a website.

The user should be able to accomplish the things they want to do while visiting your website. You want to create and provide a smooth experience for the user.

There are good websites and there are bad websites. Visitor come back to good websites, they also  become customers. Bad websites are difficult to navigate, slow to download and frustrate the user. Therefore the user does not return.
