Breathe...Pray...

In our breath of life there is our prayer. In our prayer is our breath of life. Therefore ask for prayers of intentions with your breath before speaking, acting, or responding to difuse the otherwise, as we design our new patterns for PEACE. Namaste!

I take a breath in, then I ask for my intention and guidance that leads to a choice.

My next best choice would be to find my way that leads myself home to my heart space.

In my Heart space is comfort (safety), joy (happiness), compassion (empathy),  acceptance (understanding), unconditional love (divine love), wisdom (discernment) and above all intervention, prevention and protection.

The seat of God, the seed of our Soul, the liquid light our Blood of life...thank you dear for more inspiration as we go forward...I love you and Happy Valentines Day.
