Emotional Balance: Beyond Self
What does your emotional body say today?
Are you kind?
Are you upset?
Did you clear yourself today?
Did you figure out that your words heal or hurt?
How did you understand that what you learned with your parents was good or not.
For example, are you generally kind?
Are you saying things that hurt others?
Is it because you have learned it from your childhood?
From your parents who may have said unkind things to you or not;
taught you that it is not ok to be a victim or to victimize another person.
It might come across as something natural to be allowed to be victimized,
but it is really unatural and not healthy.
It is a pattern that can change.
How to change your emotional balance to being kind and paying attention to what you say.
Think before speaking. Practice with others who are kind, be around kind
and nurturting environments.
Family pets seem to listen, feel, but really do not talk back unless really hurt.
Practice on getting yourself feeling better.
Listen to positive music, hear positive words, live in a positive space, in a positive environment, do whatever you need to do to be well dear.
Not so good to cause harm by self and then project to others.
All humans are finding more ways to be positive as this is more nurturing and uplifting and really the way to ascend or evolve and grow.
