What is Spiritual?
It appears to be the same, yet the etheric is an extension of our physical form.
The spiritual is an essence of our physical form, thus our soul is spiritual as essence is to the physical.
When we travel in the etheric as an extension of our physical, our etheric substance body leaves the grounded physical body in its natural form and therefore we are able to travel during our body rest periods.
In our dream state or even during our waking states with the Higher Self body, which is also the spiritual body connected with the soul in the human body.
Similar to teleportation of the same dynamics or like traveling with the speed of light through matter of forms.
