Heart Images
The heart sees all the images with an intuitive mind
- Similar to the mind in the brain. There are images we see about ourself, our mental image, our body image, our emotional image as well as our spiritual image.
- How we integrate our mental brain image called the mind depends on how we meditate with our heart image to view how the mental brain functions.
- In our dream state we see images presented in color, form, words, feelings, actions etc. The flip side is how much of our dream state becomes reality upon awakening. This can be equated to how the heart makes images.
- Our human heart wants the human body to form images that reflect only kindness, caring, compassion, understanding, as we integrate how to process what our body says and what our mind interprets.
- The heart and mind link can integrate all of who you are to make changes you desire.
- Going forward is doing the heart meditation.
- How we love ourself is how we love others.
