Newborns have a beautiful relationship with the mother in utero
- The heart circulation is opposite to mothers, so that the newborns blood does not mix with the mothers blood. On the first breath of life a newborn's circulation is the same as the mothers.
- This is safe expansion. The force and gradient that the blood flows while in utero is the same as the mothers gradient, but in opposite directions.
Now the reason I share this basic knowledge about our heart.
- We have the ability to slow down our heart rate to allow our flow of blood to make changes on the inside like a fetus does.
- Therefore, we can change by our own breath, heart beat to make our inside new that will shine on the outside. We reduce our anxiety, stress, improve our health, improve our inner and outer relationships by doing self-care first.
