What can one individual person do for self? When the one individual decides on a choice to make. Write down each step to achieve the choice wanted. The choice can be as simple as how will I start my day with the intention of prayer and then what will be in the intention? Intentions are setting thoughts, words, actions into motion, which can be for self direction for the day, the week, the month, a year or a longer-term 5-10 year plan on larger projects (school, home buying, work changes, marriage, etc). What is your intention today?
