Hugging a Tree

Hugging a Tree communicates and grounds the Human form. When in nature we feel blessed and grounded. When did you last hug your favorite tree and send kind thoughts that get received in the roots that go to all living forms? Think about it, sending a message in the roots of trees in the underground Earth is received by all life form with roots. This is an awesome outcome, try it. Blessings, Adoni

Dear Violet, I cant say that I ever thought of hugging a tree but perhaps sending them love and light has the same energetic effect. Though it breaks my heart, many people are more interested in cutting them down in stead of appreciating them for all that they do for us. They don't understand that trees are a main source of oxygen and clean air. So, you are right. We should hug them. Dear Reikinlight, Thank you for sharing, that we need to send trees love and light. I appreciate your input. When we hug them those thoughts are as important too. This was so good to hear how we can do Reikin Light Healing for trees and Earth as well. Violet88
