Importance of High Self-Esteem

Some guidelines: High Self-Esteem can become a Natural Life Cycle

  • All human relationships that are loving have a strong foundation of love with high self-esteem. The development starts early in life, inside the mothers womb, growing as an infant, toddler, small child, teen, and into adulthood. All the levels of nurturing self respect is self-esteem.
  • For example, it is important to feel loved by your parents. Tough love is discipline that is a fair way of negotiating what is the difference between right and wrong based up the foundation of values. The belief system that is basic of kindness, nurturing, good diet, good education, good environment that gives better ways of becoming true self. Building self-esteem is easy even if a person feels they may have not gotten the best nurturing on this topic.

1. Self-esteem grows when children take responsibility for their own thoughts, feelings and actions.

2. Is the foundation of loving relationships. Then a person knows how others feel about them and trust the love they receive.

3. Eliminates the feelings of failure. When a mistake is made and understand that the person is a good person..who simply made a mistake. 4. Bounce back from defeat. As defeat is not tied to self worth and thus try again.

5. It is best to know how to deal with bullying and taunting. The negative comments bounce off them and not hurt by those comments.

6. The best prevention to avoid acting out by using drugs and alcohol. Self-esteem is feeling good about self. Less destructive.

How to help yourself, your children, your loved ones, and others.

1. Give undivided attention and time.

2. Fair and reasonable consequences to change the behavior of the problem. (depends on events, prevention, takes time though).

3. Admire when the person does good, with kind thoughts or rewards.

4. Support qualities most likely to admire...courage, self-reliance, confidence, respect,  honesty, problem solving, a positive attitude and uniqueness.

5. Encourage responsibility or their thoughts, feelings and actions.

6. A setback is an opportunity in disguise.

7. Tell the person you love them unconditionally.

8. Tell the person they are good so they believe it, embrace it and become the goodness.

9. A persons worth needs to be kept independent of performance... privileges to performance.

  • Hope this gives some guidance. All of us need to be reminded about how we feel inside and related to outside experiences.
  • We all need to remind our inner being we are worthy of being loved by self first, which then radiates to all other interactions as best self forward.

The human emotional body has an excess amount of energy. When the nervous system and the immune system are strong then each human is able to handle the changes in the hormones. Doing the heart meditation sends chemicals to balance self when off. Reduces anxiety. It can takes 3-5 minutes to breathe and feel your own heart beat. This amount of time is find. Contemplation regarding what needs to change, may take more than 15 minutes several times a day. As time goes on in your life your breathe of life while walking, working, talking becomes a daily meditation of self in action.
