We have the ability to complete one physical life after another and then quickly learn our lesson after leaving the physical plane, then return.
This all depends on the souls evolutionary level and contracts it designs, in terms of experiences for evolution of the particular soul you know.
For example, you met a person, and feel there soul, feel there lightbody, feel the spirit of there soul. Then the particular soul (person) leaves the human body and returns again.
This happens quicker now. Therefore, dear loved ones who really understand evolution. Learning this concept well can allow the souls return to Earth for Ascension.
It no longer takes life times to be in another physical body. The souls lightbody can enter a human body of any age, a matured age, a newborn in utero, etc.
Most ancient and highly evolved souls can enter a fully mature human form. The entry can take moments, yet the experience of the human mature body may remember nothing, yet are acting and doing things differently, yet are safe.
The assimilation can take up to 24 - 72 hours. It depends on the circumstances of the mature body at the time of the souls entry from the cosmic cradle, the grid of light.
The area of the Cosmic Cradle is a resting place and an area for Council meetings with High Courts with the Holy Spirit.
When a decision is made by the soul to return, there is a design of where the (entry of) a geographical location, the human form the soul wants to experience, which is all done with a prior agreement. The agreement must be adhered to with guidelines for the souls evolution called Ascension.
