Very simply stated, only moments on the in-breath and out-breath.

Simple thought sent as the heart thinks of another heart.
This is the hologram of love in your heart and my heart.
We know it is real, because we mirror our lives when we do not physically see each other.
Sounds weird, but it is true.
Keep a journal of your thoughts, share them next time with the other heart
and sure enough it is real.
