Skills as a Tool for clearing issues: Meditation
Meditation is a powerful tool. It is a good skill to practice.
Contemplation is using discernment (wisdom with no judgment), and a good skill to practice.
This is what I have been trying to say in all my blogging for those people who need to practice an improved way of healing self and to be able to redesign a change.
Software Engineering is learning human dynamics and how to implement them for self-care change.
Getting outside of the box of self judgment and into forgiveness will allow for issues to be cleared.
Saying, thank you, thank you, thank you, over and over again, is a simple tool of words. This is good to use when the mind of issues continue to circulate like a broken tape in the mental framework of the brain
When we are faced with looking at our own issues created or not, but energetics that may or may-not be created by us or others. This is very difficult to discern when the issues that we draw are given to our SOUL to release and clear. Say thank you, thank you, thank you a very simple way to releasing and forgiving what needs to clear.
