As new cells grow, therefore old cells are replaced in cycles of 7 years.
For example, at the age of 7, 14, 21, 28, 35, 42, 49, 56, 63, 70, 77, 84, 91, 98, 105, 112...beyond
The seven year cycle during the adult timelines can be designed with changes that reflect what you want your body to become.
It does take natural time to clear physical memories of energy in the cells that need to be removed. Therefore give yourself time to heal.
