Further notes of my personal experiences: I felt God in my heart at an early age of 8-11. One day I stood in the middle of the street (on a portal) and got my answer to a question I had been asking since I heard there is a God. I would ask where is God, he is not visible, and it is a he or a she? We often refer to God as a he, thus it is both.
Also God is not outside of our Heart, God is inside our Heart. I actually felt the feeling of the essence of God inside my heart. An evolutionary feeling. I then stopped asking that basic question and began to live my heart pathways.
All those previous years from age eleven (11), I could feel my presence in my heart.
Since I began practing my inner Heart Meditation, I have been able to assist humanity on many levels.
When I listen to music that generates Love feelings in words from the soul speaking. I am able to tune in and feel in my heart the words of truth. Then my heart will broadcast those feelings to all of humanity. This is how I use my gift of my heart.
When I am gifted to give Love, I give pure Love. It then gets reflected back to mirror the self-love to another as self-love in action.
I do not ask for anything in return, nor do I teach this kind of self-love. It comes natural, as we progress towards our personal ascension.
Who ever said that ascension was something else? It is a natural Divine process.
Who ever said that ascension is a hobby? Why is it not a life purpose?
Who ever said that ascension is a birthright? The souls evolutionary path.
Whatever you preceive is what you make happen.
Staying very healthy, in mind constructs, will allow spiritual growth called ascension.
