Pay a bit of attention the next time you become anxious or overwhelmed, or hit crisis mode. You will begin to ache in places like your back, shoulders, head, sciatica (very low back) and neck...becoming terribly tense. Somehow you have allowed someone/situation to become a 'headache' or a 'pain in your rear'. Cease and desist. That person is healthy...you are the one feeling sick. Not fair, is it?
