In tricky situations, where progress in healing or overcoming negative thinking and patterns seems slow and stunted, it usually means one has a major psychological reversal pattern. This is not simply where the energy is working in a reverse manner for certain issues, but is acutally working in reverse in general. It is common in those who may have Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, Major Depression, and Chronic Illness, CFS or Wasting Diseases where people are wasting away.
It might be good to try a tapping program where you are working primarily on treating the main psychological reversal set up statements, like:
- I deeply and completely love and accept myself with all my weaknesses and limitations
- I change and am flexible
- I will for life and not for death
- I want to succeed and not to fail
- I have what it takes to make my life work
- I am safe
- I allow
- I am healthy and whole
You might want pick one per week and just tap it daily. Starting the first week with "I deeply and completely love and accept myself with all my weaknesses and limitations." So, here I will begin with this one, and write a blog for each block above. I find tapping through all the blocks really shifting.
"I Deeply and Completely Do Love and Accept Myself With All My Weaknesses and Limitations."
1. Clear your energy and/or that of your room. You can try using the EFT clearing here>> . Might help make you more receptive and open to shifting and healing.
2. If you do suffer from any of the above wasting or stuck conditions, I recommend prior to a session, beginning with the homolateral cross crawl which is the blog directly prior to this one here>> Also make sure you are hydrated and have had a glass of water both before and after beginning tapping.
3. If you can, I recommend doing the tapping while you are walking around and "moving". It was a healer who recommended this to me when I was stuck and it is very symbolic in ways. People who are "stuck" arent moving in some way. So you might wish to try movement and putting on some upbeat music on and let the vibration become part of the session too if you can. Some of these things have really worked for me. It used to be it seemed I could cure everyone else but my issues wouldnt budge, specially migraines. Now I find my tapping is curing my migraines where once it did relatively nothing.
5. Start the tapping, tapping each block one time... One round of tapping each or more if you feel its a block that feels strong for you. If you feel tapping them in the negative would be better for you, feel free to change the statements to a negative form, switching to positive at a later time.

The "bad person" part is meant just a message in your head and not reality. Pick either statement, whichever seems to tug at you more, or both if your especially motivated.
I DESERVE
"Thank you God, that I deserve to deeply and completely love and accept myself with all my weaknesses and limitation... forgiveness flows through me easily and effortlessly and I love life."
"Thank you God, that I deserve to willingly love and accept myself in all the ways I disappoint others and am a bad person."
The thanking God is optional. Just gives the idea of gratitude.
For each statement, tap through the points in the image starting with tapping the karate chop point with three fingers repeating the statements 3 times, moving to top of head and tapping top of head while repeating statement once and then move through all the other points doing the same (repeating the statement once) till you have completed the under the arm point. The finger points are optional. Feel free to add on to the ends of the statements or change the forgiveness part ot something else as emotions and blocks come to mind to feeling this statement ring true for you. Like I've even thrown in "I deserve that EFT work and clear this issue", and other things like "life doesnt have to be so hard or full of suffering", "I can allow all of lifes emotions and ups and downs, all is ok" etc. Do this same procedure with each tapping statement below.

"Thank you God, that it is completely safe if I can willingly love and accept myself in all the ways I disappoint others and am a bad person."

Then just tap the main issue as much as you wish. Do one block per week. I find it hard to do more than one at a time. Feels too scattered.

VISUALIZATION
If you want or can try some visualization while tapping the side of hand or any other points you feel moved to. Try visualizing a door and visualize having yourself walk through it, putting yourself on one side of the door which is all sun and love and positivity and on the other side you've left your baggage, memories, debris of past and its burning in a silver violet flame. If you feel blocked doing it, tap though all the same blocks saying what you are doing. Like "I deserve to be on the other side of that door and for all my past and baggage to be disolved in a violet flame." "It is safe" etc etc.
