Birthright of Bliss

Tidily encapsulated by the constraints of air pressure around me,
I dropped into a quiet pool area of the stream,
Lazily I spread out to join my consciousness to our group
The other water droplets all around me,
In this part of the stream my awareness expanded to the others
Linked with them to know as they knew, feeling, if I wanted to,
The texture of tree roots extending into our pool, and of the
Water skimmers as their movement cause us to feel the pressure of the air
Above and gravity pulling ever so slightly on their feet as they ride along
At the intersection of water and air.

To feel individuality, together with the ability to know, feel, experience
What the others are, much as humans would channel surf, if their
Channel surfing resulted in the experience they were witnessing rather
Than simply to view and hear it.
Then a swirling, as the collective pace increases and we all are propelled
Forward for a branch broke in the beaver dam and now the swells and
Rivulets that we are gain momentum down stream.

Delight abounds as we tumble and merge and gain individuality once more
Happily knowing the bliss of movement in all of its multiplicities.
There is now simply a swirling that ceases as our numbers have decreased,
Others have continued and we are no longer in the forward movement,
Having apparently jumped the shore in a splash and are with tadpoles and
As time goes by they grow their front legs and hop away.
A shallow mud bottom is touching our few droplets that now remain.

The sun is hot and bears down upon us, as more and more of us succumb
To its transformation, we have heard of this but do not remember what it
Will feel like to not be in a droplet, but something else entirely, we are not sure what.

There is an expanding, an inbreath, I do not feel like a water droplet, but I am me,
Only for an instant until the exploding outward carries my consciousness to
Everywhere I am, all at once, yet there is no fading of the signature that I am.
I am individuated, and yet I am everywhere across this region, no longer is the air a pressure
Containing me into form. Now it upholds me and is part of me, merged now we are.
I know my own thoughts, I can see and feel and be over a very large region, all at once,
My expanded consciousness is spread with the air for I was mist, vapor and now am one
With the air increasing its weight ever so slightly, together I know the
Wind currents’ flow, and spin and undulating movements

I know the Wind’s power and might and welcome its dominion in this territory it reigns
And I am thrilled to feel it far reaching awareness, so different than when in the stream
Water in stream contained by banks, knowing all within its bounds, not aware beyond
As we move to touch an already established cloud and its irresistible pull as now I
Find myself condensed to vapor and now to a water held aloft high above the
Earth with many others, though not yet enough to fall to Earth to nourish it.

Our energy is palpable and our thoughts accessible one to the other, though not
Fully merged as when in liquid water in pond or lake or river.
~~Activated an attunement to increase meditation and Union with God and saw a blank
Screen in front of me in my mind’s eye. Upon it then was one drop of water…in curiosity
I examined the water droplet so closely that when it dropped downward, my consciousness went with it and above is the account of our journey this day and my awareness as being a water droplet in some of its many forms.

My Angels brought to my attention a technique for manifesting that I’ve used prior, but will work here. What needed to happen was to flood my system through and through with the current vision of my heaven on Earth, and that would propel out the old and allow the proper positioning to this reality and everywhere else to be as it is to be. This technique is incredible for manifesting, even if you aren’t trying to clear cellular memories that are ready to be released!!

 

Process:

1. Spin the Soul Spiral, the one that lays as a flat disc on your 2nd chakra, in the direction shown to you. It sits on a horizontal plane.
2. Spin the Christ Spiral, the one that is at the 12th chakra above the head, in the opposite direction, also horizontally. In my case, the Soul Spiral went about a foot around my body and the Christ Spiral about 2 or 3 feet around my body.
3. Fill the space between with whatever color you feel drawn to. I used the Red Flame of Love as Redemption (which I learned about from Aliyah Ziondra— she says it assists in sending forth to the Universes that which you want to manifest/attract in your life).
4. Then speed up the spins of both spirals. When this is done in opposite directions, a goodly amount of torque is built up between the two.

NOTE: If you have already done your homework, to write in all the categories of your life that which your really want, this will be a breeze. Otherwise, more work needs to be done first, and this might not be the technique to use immediately. If that is the case, simply call on your multidimensional medical team to assist NOW!!!

1. The next step has 3 parts:

·        Breathe in on a count of 7 while thinking of what matters to you and what you want in your life.

·        Hold for a count of 7 while increasing the vision, have the sights, sounds, scents and feel of what you want.

·        Breathe out for the count of 7 while transferring the vision of what you are wanting to bring into your life into that area between the two spirals. Then you notice that the vision you hold for yourself begins to spin out as dragonflies or butterflies or simply flames of light symbols with beautiful wings….thoughtforms of Light, move out across this reality.  This is to be done with all the things you want in your life.

1. Stop the spins of both spirals, and reverse the spins. Again, spin the Soul Spiral in the opposite direction from what you are spinning the Christ Spiral.
2. Fill the space between the spinning discs with the appropriate color. You might want to use The Gold Flame of Sanctification for the Receipt of Vision.
3. Now you will notice that the flow of energy is coming in to you instead of speeding away from you. This is GOD/DESS’s vision for you, Divinity’s Will mixed with yours. It allows Divinity to add something more and better than what you were able to think of……….Isn’t it plausible that Source has a more infinite imagination than you and knowing intimately all your hopes, dreams and desires, will come up with something even better than what you thought of?
4. When the pressure feels really full, breathe in on a count of 7, hold for a count of 7, and breathe out, transferring the energy, vision, blessings into you.
5. Now this is important, because you can control the speed of the in-pouring energy by slowing down or speeding up the inner/Soul Spiral. Ask that all body systems go to maximum receptivity and to expand into unlimited expansion. Then you should be a bit more comfortable and able to increase the speed of the inner spiral and receive more.

 

Some people feel the energy flow into their midsection; others such as myself feel that as well as a sharp energy coming up the bottom of one or both feet. This is OK. It is different than Reiki, it is sharper, maybe stinging slightly. It is raw manifesting energy encoded with the attraction potential of that which you and Source feel is best for you at this time. Allow the energy to permeate your being fully.

I am concerned about you. I am concerned that the fact that having tentative or solid plans with a woman controls whether or  not you are having a good week. I wish freedom for you. Freedom to enjoy life nomatter lady prospects. Freedom to leave the door open to a woman holding a special place in your life while being happy and actually content in the moment.

    I see the things about yourself that you struggle with. You want to accept yourself fully, yet I see that you are not in Unity with all of who you are. I seek to assist you to be at peace with yourself. To really accept yourself, to forgive yourself for any times when you may have said or acted in ways that were inauthentic and in ways that subsequently opened you to being hurt.

   Only then can an acceptance of what is and an openness to what can be truly arrive to you and you be at peace with yourself and in gratitude of what you have right now and a hope for all the more life can be.

   You struggle with the black and white issue of whether to hope for a woman or shut the door on it forever. When you pray…I urge you to examine your prayers…do you trust that the God who made you is a Loving God who will bring you the desires of your Heart? Are you willing to notice and agree that His Timing and your timing might not be the same thing? Do you hold any responsibility for shining that spark of Life that He created you with here just as your life is right now? Being totally you and reveling in that uniqueness? Nomatter what societal rules and conduct seems to be ‘out there’. Do you trust that being you and strengthening your connection to God and those who you Do love in your life and ferreting out the interests and abilities God gave you, even the ones that seem hidden….will fill your life with Joy? Some people choose to volunteer when their life isn’t as full as they want in the personal way, and many good things arrive from Service.

   It is for me to assist you to accept yourself and love yourself and to grow in your Faith.

More and more often my work with clients has changed from psychic question answer to Spiritual Life Coaching and ministering. This is because it is only when people are content, peaceful and vibrant in their relationship with themselves and their God, while leaving the door open to whatever God’s plan for their life is….that  life flows well and easy.

   I believe that it is time for life to be easy. That means doing more of the hard work of going within and examining your prayers and thoughts and choosing to accept and love yourself, while inviting more of the real Presence of the Holy Spirit to reside with you daily.

   It means enjoying who you are going out with, knowing that if it didn’t continue, life would be just as fun and interesting, just in a different way.

   It doesn’t mean being good at what you aren’t good at, just easy with yourself about it and shining from the inside…because that kind of shining from within is quite irresistible. Truly.

    The follow arrived as advice to a woman who is dating a man whose length is less than what she is accustomed to experiencing with previous lovers. She is a Reiki Practioner and her Kundalini Energy is awake.

  Here are a lot of ideas, some from me, some from Spirit. Read all before you discern what is the best route for you!  This all came through around 9 this am. Info channeled direct from Spirit in “”.

    “Those who seem the most closed down emotionally can be the best if they are open to growing, it is because they have a large capacity to feel that they were hurt so badly to begin with”.

     More often and shorter sessions of sex, don’t draw it out and frustrate yourself.

     Kundalini, cycle it through your body, Finn is expert on that more than me.

     “Find other areas of your body that are erotic zones that you may not have considered as such.”

      Ok, for now, if he’s not that spectacular ‘down there’, maybe he could be magnificent at evoking orgasms from light touching or tongue work to your breasts, or light kisses to your lower back, inner thigh, behind knees or curve of the arch.

     “Since men are often conditioned to orgasm only 1-2 times in a sexual encounter, they have a difficult time understanding a woman’s dissatisfaction with the same”

      Pleasure yourself when you have a free moment, connect with more of you and the Divine Feminine you ARE. “Notice how you’ve pleasured yourself in the past and what you have reached to think about. Do you tense your legs and buttocks or not until close to or upon release? All is energy and places you’ve conditioned your body to understand as ‘release points’ for orgasm respond as such and others are yet to be discovered or created by you!  Be the responsible woman we know you to be with your energy, which means that it is not proper to think of ones you have been sexual with, want to be sexual with, or are current lover(s). Thought empowered with sexual energy of fantasy creates a reaching, binding energy strand to the subject of the fantasy, together with a conditioning of the body, intellect and emotional body to be incomplete in orgasm without that connection. Reach deeper into you, Love You! Make Love with all of who you ARE! Reach through you to Source, both Feminine and Masculine, and be Whole in your Ecstasy with Life!”

      Turn up your own Kundalini while do so, give yourself at least 3-4 orgasms in quick bursts, increasing the cumulative number that you have in a week, not depending on him for this. It is very good for releasing the chemicals in the body that foster youthful appearance and well-being.  Get him to do the ones you can’t do for yourself, which brings us to the fact that physically he can’t reach the areas you are accustomed to being stimulated for certain orgasms.  Let’s let that topic alone for now, eventually he can assist you with toys, if you decide to keep him, but for casual months relationship, leave that topic alone because he is sensitive about his man-hood. Better to explore in unused and never even thought of areas.

 You have an advantage because your Kundalini is awake and you aren’t simply dealing with physical sensation and how you ‘feel about him’. When you think about your other sexual interactions, though the men be different- do you notice something similar about what styles of sexual stimulations and where and your mental patterns during such interactions?  It would be wise to pattern bust. “Certain receptor points physically were accustomed to reaching a certain density of intensity in order to give release. Now other areas need to be stimulated into doing the same. Notice that it is very alluring and satisfying to have his attentiveness and appreciation and participation in areas you’ve never experienced in your life. You can entrain your body to receive that as fore-play so that you arrive into the sexual experience primed for orgasm!  What is considered sexually desirable and is a ‘turn on’ varies not only by person, but by the conditioning the person has experienced up to this now moment…and that can be changed.”

I add here that you can also take a few minutes alone, prior to the actual sexual time to turn up your Kundalini energy and that it can be woven in many patterns throughout your body. Finn goes up the governor vessel up the back and out the crown chakra, back down the back of the head outside of the body and back in through the time-space continuum either in the heart or solar plexus and down the front back in at the clitoris (somewhere around there).  I don’t like that route.

Sometimes I’ll run my Kundalini Energy up the Governor Vessel in the back, out the crown, back in the front of the throat at the Center for Decisions, (the V of the clavicle), out the back of it, down the Governor Vessel, into the back of the solar plexus, down the Conception Vessel to the genitals to the perineum to complete the circle.

OR, my preference is a series of figure 8 Infinity Symbols with the Kundalini Energy. Started at its seat in the perineum up to the kidneys, encircling both kidneys then in through the body to the Hara (Triple Warmer, your Seat of Ki, Your Life energy), out the front going up the Conception Vessel, into the Solar Plexus, out the back, going up the Governor Vessel to go in the back of the Heart Chakra, out the front of the Heart Chakra, in at the Center for Decisions at the V of the clavicle back in at the Jade Pillow (soft area at top of spine, base of scull), out the third eye area up over the forehead and back in at the crown, back out the throat chakra down the Conception Vessel circling the Breasts in a figure 8 then plunging down the rest of the Conception Vessel into the genital area in the front for orgasm release.

Spend time cultivating Spiritual ecstasy with Ascended Masters and Angels so that this man and the sexual release you experience with him and by your own energy and hand is not your only source of Ecstasy.

Now let’s talk about actually connecting with him in ways he is not way ready to consciously connect with you. Set forth that unless you change the parameters and clearly choose this man as yours, all connections forged are to be easily and gracefully dissolved with no lingering effects, nor beings holding those in place any longer than you consciously direct. These are a temporary forging of bonds, pathways, entwinings that can be dissolved or serve as foundation, at your will of choice. Do a ceremony affirming this or something better for you.

Ok, you have permission to link to his higher self by using the infinity, figure 8  shape from your consciousness to his higher self while you are being sexual with him or at anytime while dating him.

You may want to figure 8 your and his 2^nd chakras at all times while being in a monogamous relationship with him or just at your desire.

Only root chakra figure 8 your and his chakras during sexual interaction and foreplay since you are not in a long term committed relationship.

~~Same goes for heart to heart chakra figure 8ing unless you are well with the idea of him falling in love with you and your feeling a lot more for him, despite your mind’s accessing of whether or not his other qualities are such that your search for a life partner is complete.

We seek to give you a platform

Of perspective from which to

Arrive at your decision

‘issues’ (previous associations )

And free from projection of possible outcomes

While encouraging you to create

Like the wind,

However, for this interaction,

With the given circumstances

You are aware of and with the

Addition of each bit of new information

What is required, for this man to

Gain the privilege of thusly engaging

With you in the dance of sex?

Has he already disqualified himself?

How pure must one be in order for the experience

To be fun, rather than an exercise in protection?

What manner of quirks are acceptable,

And when does a behavior cross the line as

Quirky to indication of an underlying

Cesspool of life reality of which

You do not want your being to touch,

For you will bring all of you to the interaction

That is the level you are at.

This is not particularly about this man,

But about anyone you seek to share yourself with.

What are your rules?

Rules you may change in an instant,

However, if you must talk yourself into something,

What fun is there in that?

And so, we trust you know yourself

Reiki is the Japanese word for

‘Divine Universal Life Force Energy’

If coined in English, maybe the word would be

‘Presence’, then one would ask ‘whose presence?’

 There are many names for God/Source,

Yet it is the emanation thereof… arriving here

To fill, heal, replenish and sustain that IS Reiki,

Carrying with it constituents which are bio-available as sustenance for the human body.

The term was coined by the person who is credited with bringing Reiki back to us here in modern times (1800’s)

The story goes that Mikao Usui was a Christian

Who was schooling a lot of students about

Jesus and his teachings

It came about that his students kept asking when they would learn to do the miracles and healings that Jesus did and so clearly said,

‘This and greater works shall ye do in my name!’

Mikao could only say, ‘we don’t do those anymore.’

It was then that he started studying the

Sanscrit texts and Buddists’ texts

Looking for any hidden key to where the

Power for healing had disappeared.

He was sure that since Jesus,

As well as other teachers such as Buddah

Had been able to bring about such healings

Through the power of God,

That God would want us to continue heal others in His Name.

And so, Mikao went up to a mountain determined to fast and pray for 21 days with

Only water and was prepared to die

There on the mountain if God did not impart

To him the ability to not only heal others,

But also pass along the ability

Before he died.

On the 21^st day Mikao saw a bright light aiming at his forehead, instead of ducking, he thought this might be the answer he sought,

He felt a massive amount of God’s Presence sear into him, and saw the Reiki symbols.

His hands became quite hot and he

Came down from the mountain going into the nearby village and putting his hands on the beggars and healing them.

They were quite displeased with him, because they could no longer make a living by begging.

Mikao then decided to charge a lot of money for reiki healing, because he thought people would value it if they had to pay a lot for it.

And so the first misnomer of Reiki was born,

That only through money changing hands,

Would value be given to the gift.

While we are told in the Bible

not to cast pearls unto swine,

in the case of Reiki, the lesson, I believe

is in asking whether a person wants the healing,

are they accepting of GOD’S PRESENCE and HEALING POWER?

If they are not, we have no right to give it,

For it would not go well, though some immediate healing may be seen…..without the desire

To accept change, healing would not stay,

Because the person would invite the same

Circumstances back into their life.

 

Mikao also decided of his own accord,

To not pass along the ability to do reiki,

(Have the strong flow of God’s presence

for oneself and to give to others)

until he was close to death himself.

Thus began the tradition in Japan to only make another reiki master when the previous

Reiki master was close to dying.

There was also the tradition of charging exorbitant prices for apprenticing and finally being given the attunement and thus the ability to do reiki.

Thousands of dollars were the customary fee.

Each Reiki Master was able to track and proudly declare their lineage,

All the way back to Mikao Usui,

Who gave the ability to do reiki to whom.

This was until, after a Reiki Master finally arrived here in America Ms. Takata,

And Diane Stein became a reiki master.

Diane Stein decided that only to give the ability to do reiki to people whom

were rich or spent year in servitude to a master…was ill advised.

And so, Diane Stein started passing attunements

To people at reasonably priced workshops.

She believes that this world needs God’s Loving Presence strongly, and the more people who have a more powerful connection to bring God’s presence here now is only a good thing.

Reiki is God’s Presence brought strongly here now to replenish, renew and yes, if God feels appropriate to heal at whatever level is needed.

Only God can make that determination.

Reiki often feels like the warmth of a heating pad coming out of the practitioner’s hands or a pulse.

Then there is that feeling of calm, centeredness,

Better sleeping at night,

A feeling of God’s Presence and comfort.

People often feel pain ease,

For God is wants relieve suffering.

Reiki works long distance because God is

Not limited by time, nor distance.

As it says in the Bible, that the Holy Spirit intercedes for us when we do not know the words

It is the same concept with Reiki,

Our job is to pray and intend that this be in the highest healing good for the person,

And the beauty of Reiki, is that it is

God’s Presence sent strongly, and palpably present

For the person, for whatever they are willing to accept at this time.

Reiki Symbols are simply a way for us to tell God

What area we are asking for healing for ourselves or others….Japanese symbols,

Cho-Ku-Rei for Physical Healing

Sei-He-Ki for Emotional Healing

Hon-She-Ze-Sho-Nen for Mental Healing

And Dai-Ko-Myo for Healing at the Soul level.

 

 

 

 

Reiki Attunements

Reiki attunements are a rite of passage of sorts,

But more importantly, it is a sacred way of honoring God and requesting that we want

MORE of God’s presence to flow through us

To heal/assist ourselves and

For others.

As baptism cleanses our soul with the water,

The attunement bring the breath of God into our body, attuning us to the frequency of GOD,

Much like a radio is tuned to a frequency.

The Reiki attunement is a way to formally request the ability to bring more of God here

To be in service to others, and to know God

More within ourselves, to be filled with

The Holy Spirit again and again.

Any person can learn reiki,

For we are all children of God.

 

When I pass an attunement to a person,

I have them sit in a straight back chair,

I say a prayer requesting that God work

Through me to bring this person the ability

To know God’s presence strongly and

Be a vessel of God’s Love,

That their hands be used for God to pour

His Love and healing out to others

As indicated by their hands heating up when they put their hands on themselves, while requesting God’s replenishing love, or on another person who is needing God’s Healing.

I then take a deep breath, while clenching the muscles down below (kegel exercise)

And putting my tongue up behind my teeth

(this gives me the feeling of God’s energy gathering within me, not to spill any, until I send the energy out in a burst of breath to their head)

So, when a person wants to have the ability to do reiki for themselves or others,

I have the person sitting in a chair,

With me standing behind them

And their hands are in the prayer position up by their left cheek, I

 (while holding my breath and muscles clenched)

Draw the symbol for soul healing above their head,

Then take their hands in mine and blow

Into the top of their head,

Then take another breath, same muscle positions

And draw the remaining symbols above their head, and take their hands in mine and

Blow into the top of their head again.

I then take another breath, and hold it

While holding tight those other muscles and walk around to the person’s front,

And take their hands,

Opening them like a book

And draw each of the symbols into their hands,

Tapping three times after each,

For the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit,

And then take their hands,

Moving them to the side and blow upwards from belly to head……it is at this time that the

Miracle of God’s strong presence is transferred to

The person……
I feel it as a searing heat leaving my forehead and

Flowing out to the person,

As I am bending over them,

Waiting for the remaining energy to transfer,

Really wanting to take a breath, but not daring to

Until all of God’s presence that wants to transfer is done and I take a breath.

I then sit down in front of the person,

Asking them to put their hands on my shoulders.

I ask the person to please pray for whatever is in my highest healing good,

And to feel the presence of God flow down through the top of their head and down their arms and out of their hands to me.

It usually feels like a honey thickness and speed of the energy flowing, and then their

Palms heat up and I feel God’s palpable presence

Flow into my back and I know the miracle is complete.

 

The person now has the ability to feel God,

Any time, anywhere.

Imagine the most intense you have ever felt

God’s presence, and now

Imagine having that any time you ask,

And intend to feel God….

Put your hands on your thighs, head or belly,

And feel God’s presence flow into you,

Warming, centering, loving and replenishing you.

Now the person can do a session for another person.

Putting their hands on another’s head, arms,

Belly, legs, feet and back.

I hope to bring you this ability also.

Long distance reiki feels warm and centering or

The receiver is just calmer and has more mental clarity.

Often times pain relief is immediate, other times felt later in the day.

Reiki, as our word for Divine Life Force (GOD)

Is intelligent, as it is God in motion here to

Assist, so it heals at whatever level is appropriate.

Through prayer, the practitioner can amplify the person’s receipt of God’s presence.

 

To keep separation

Or allow unity

Just what are you wanting?

Do you have the courage to Love Unconditionally?

Participate in that which you want to

And give yourself the freedom to step away from

All that does not resonate with you?

This means that if you have someone in your life

Who respects you and gives you the space to be yourself

Yet doesn’t show up in ways that you would prefer

However, does show up when it really matters….

Do you step away and hold out for another?

One with whom you can share a full life with

Or do you treasure the one you have now enough

To Love them unconditionally for who they are

Rather than to prescribe how you want he/she to show

You their love.

Give that person the Unconditional Love and Freedom

To express to you in the ways that they do, and allow

He/She the time and space to unfold in their own manner

Revealing various attributes and characteristics all along the way.

You notice their tender heart and gentle forbearance of your many

Quirks and notice that you truly have all that you need in this

Now moment, so relax and be in wonderment and peace.

Each day we are alive, let us ask ourselves what we can do that would increase the ease and enjoyment in our life, right now, right here, today, in this now moment.

  Do a quick scan and assessment of your overall and specific health. Scan your body, where are there aches and pains? Where is your body unhappy? What is your emotional state, when looked at in comparison to your average state of mind and emotional level of contentment or lack thereof? What are your pre-dominant thoughts consisting of today? Are they creative or worry filled? Are you systematically working through challenges or peacefully flowing with whatever life presents you with? Scan your energetic system, is there energy flowing out from you to Universes and the Earth as well as incoming to you from Source? Or where from? Or do you feel like you are in a closed system with no energy flowing in to you or out from you? Out and in through the interior depths within your also counts!! With the above information at the forefront of your mind, let us continue:

     

  Mobility: Right now, if you are able to, move your body, very consciously, stretch, breath, gently move areas of your body that you may not generally think of moving.

  Liquid and Food: Drink water, yes, more water. Are you able to add fresh food to your next meal? Are you eating enough protein? Too much protein in comparison with what you individual body needs are? If most of your food is cooked, recognize that the enzymes our body uses to digest that food are reusable for only so long, and eventually wear out, therefore, either supplement with a digestive enzyme or seek to add some fresh (uncooked) food or juice to your diet. For those of you who find that difficult or impossible, look to teas, various herb teas (making sure you know what their medicinal constituents and effects are for you especially when combined with pharmaceutical drugs if you are on any prescriptions) can be very important. Although many teas require being infused with hot water this temperature is much less than what is used in most cooking and allows the teas to retain their important nutrients.

   If neither of the above options are available to you this day, and in addition to the above options: Ask “That all which is in my highest gentle good from this food/drink be absorbed into my body and cells and what is not be transmuted to exactly what I need this day and the remainder be gently excreted at the next appropriate time”  Now you have given both your digestive system an instruction and the food itself. Call upon and trust your Helping Healing Ones in the Light to carry out your instruction impeccably.

  Mental Food: Books containing stories of people interacting in different times and societies can move us out of our current thought pattern and bring in a new way of thinking, stimulating creativity and opening you to new solutions to your current concerns. I find that books on cassette or cd are extremely helpful. All it takes is listening for 10-15 minutes while doing a task that you can do and let your mind wander at the same time to raise your mental frequencies up out of the previous mire.

  Energy Flow:  Do you feel safe? Most importantly, do you trust your Guardians in the Light? It matters not whether you know exactly who they are, nor what belief system you dwell within, determining what form those beings might take (Angels, Power Animals, Ascended Master, Nature Spirits, Elementals, Saints, ect)  WHAT DOES MATTER VERY MUCH IS IF YOU TRUST THEM AND HAVE ASKED THEM TO BE IN CHARGE OF WHAT ENERGIES ARE ALLOWED TO FLOW TO YOU, KNOWING THAT THEY HAVE YOUR DIVINE BEST INTEREST AT HEART. THIS FREES THEM TO ACTUALLY DO THEIR WORK OF HELPING YOU!!!!

  There are many people who I’ve spoken with who are so scared of ‘bad energies’ and ‘dark entities’ that they have closed themselves up tight like a sealed drum and don’t receive even from Source because they ‘aren’t totally sure’ that the energy they feel trying to come into their foot and up their leg is Good!  They are so scared of being fooled or duped that they have closed themselves off from the very sustenance that they long for and that their bodies long for.

Yes, there are some cases where the body is in charge of keeping energies from coming in because of a previous bad experience, however if that is the case, it needs to be acknowledged and addressed often by a professional.

  When you are willing to trust that there are Ones in the Light who are assigned to assist you and whom you can give the responsibility to for determining that energies seeking you are of the Light and bring Divine Sustenance………..you can start receiving or increase your ability to receive on a more consistent basis.

This also allow various attributes of Divinity that your Guardians know that you need, though they aren’t undifferentiated energy, therefore you need to trust that if the energy feels a little different it is still GOOD and WONDERFUL!!!

  Freedom by Delegation: We get accustomed to feeling only Love and Light or Reiki or the Presence of the Holy Spirit Shekhina or Father God or Jesus, or Buddah or our Ancestor or Chaos Creative Energy from the Void………that when we feel energy that has a different energy signature………a Being of Light or simply a particular frequency that can balance you and give you what you need that day, you may reject the gift out of fear. I seek to free you from that fear……by causing you to have a stronger trust in and wider agreement with your Guardians in the Light….talk with them, negotiate with them. It doesn’t matter whether you are skilled in hearing or perceiving a response or not…..pretend it all if you must…they are there and will hear you and be in joy of your communication and delight to broaden the way they assist you!!!!

   This is not to say that we won’t need to consciously use spiritual hygiene in the future.    Generally there will be a crimp in the energy flow…sort of like when someone steps on a hose and the water does not flow…………..or you notice leaks……….or shall I say feel them.

   Sometimes there are agreements at the higher levels of who we are that allow such to occur for growth…..or to bring us a message or lesson that we haven’t learned another way.  There are exceptions to many a rule……………however, the more you trust and allow energy to flow through you…………trusting that the Universe will bring you joy and love and delight………..you will receive it.

    Your own intuition will increase and you will notice and know when an energy is present that is not in alignment with who you are and the energies that are in your highest good.

 Trust that you have the authority, because you are in a body here on this planet, to call upon the Highest Levels of Divinity to assist you, NOW!!! If you do not feel that your call is immediately acted upon and still need assistance, reach out to another human for assistance. A trusted advisor or even to someone who doesn't know exactly how to help. Ask them to believe also with you that you will receive the help you need. That increases your intent.

    Notice………do you feel that your energy system is strong and secure, while at the same time you receive from and give to all that is in alignment with who you are.

It won’t look like hers or his,

This has to be ok with you or

It won’t appear.

Do you want to feel contented?

 

Much of your inner friction comes from

Your constant pushing away of the urge

To live life in a way that is different than

The path you’ve set forth for yourself.

 

Many of you are in schools or other

Educational programs that you decided upon

Before your Inner Compass started giving you

Signals about what really bring you Joy in Life.

 

People have given you support because you’ve

Done what is expected or this time vowed to

 ‘follow through’ on a chose course of action.

Now you are in turmoil because what seemed good at first,

Turned flat, and now feels grueling.

 

You fear your financial and emotional support being

Wrenched away from you if you follow your Heart,

Joy, Bliss ~ or at this point you’d settle to just not be in misery.

 

You literally feel pulled in two directions because what

You said you wanted to do before no longer holds any appeal.

Perhaps it is worse, even, because you’ve made commitments to

A relationship or job, or your own business, not just school ~

And all you want to do is silence the restlessness within you.

 

That movement inside that steals your focus and contentment

It will not silence by ignoring it.

It must be explored. The good news is that sometimes simply

By allowing your attention, feelings and consciousness to go

Into that area and be with it for awhile ~

The feeling may subside, because it is not being ignored

Without any changes being required in your daily life.

 

Sometimes by dwelling in that area of yourself

You find that those urges dissolve away and

You find that under those are more true wants and desires.

The Key is to again go to that area within yourself and completely

Be with it again ~ and see whether they also drop away to

Allow an even deeper desire to arise.

Now you are listening to your true self and also

Giving both your body and soul the message that you will listen.

You are giving yourself the gift of knowing yourself.

~And the great part about this is that you are able to do this while

Continuing on in the life you’ve already chosen for yourself ~

For a time anyway~~

 

Eventually, when you go to that place within

You find a constancy, instead of the shifting to new feelings

Of what is required for you to be content, you know peace.

Then you will have a more secure knowing that you have

Truly uncovered your compass ~ and it will be clear to you

What areas of your life in your outer reality (if any),

Yeah, usually there are some, needing to be changed.

You will be able to make those changes from the Solidity of

Your Inner Truth, rather than the everchanging emotions and

Winds of Desire that were blowing you to and fro.

 

People in your life with whom you need to change

Your agreement still won’t like it ~ but they will

Believe you and know that your decision is final because

Of the conviction they will hear in your voice and

Manner of presentation.

 

Now you can confidently end, begin or move forward in a

Relationship, job, class, or endeavor knowing that it is in

Alignment with You!

That is has the qualities that support you in who you are and

In what manner of living works for you.

 

As we uncover our Life Compass and learn about ourselves,

It is very tempting to immediately change our outer realities

(uh, life!) when to do so only frustrates because what you change

Ends of up not being what you want or can live with joyfully either.

This is because you had only uncovered at that point another layer of

Who you are, not the center core of you being here in this body.

Your Life Compass…. For it directs your drives and desires, to assist

You to be on purpose in Alignment with Your Soul!

 

Ask for the courage to go to those places within you that feel to be a

Jumble and that are giving you those  ‘something is wrong’ and

Discontented signals.

It is helpful, to have a friend or counselor to discuss these

Sojourns with.

If you don’t already have such a person in your life,

I highly suggest finding someone or writing, even if your

Living situation does not afford you the privacy to keep such writings, prompt destroying of them for your safety
