As we interact in forms of interactions with heart to heart silence, we are communicating.

Miracles are from the hearts language light. The many ways of graditute are given with heart.

May we continue to be encouraged to hear and listen to our hearts voice. Inner movement is

what light language gives from your heart to your body to make the necessary changes for

better ways of change. May our world become enlightened with inner movement for the callibration,

How did I find my inner core this morning?

I began by asking a friend to explain what my experience could be in the moment of my feelings.

I began to understand that my feelings are an extension of myself and thus the energy around

my feelings was being felt by all those around me and wow, I got to feel my inner core BE.

I have touched my inner core on many times during my life span. This time I got to talk with

a dear friend whom assisted me to rise above my inner feelings and explain my feelings and that

was when I got to feel my inner core BE. I accept myself as BEing. Thank you, Adonis.

Great Silence

The movie into the great silence is profound.

I began contemplating great silence versus chaos.

They both start from the void of creation. Inner source is the great silence for change.

How we anchor our souls light with our inner being of light and them I am my souls light,

gives thus the vision for change. We are inner peace, we are inner light, the rain and the sun

do not make choices of where it rains or where the sun shines. Adonis!

The cell is like a circle, the DNA is fashioned in a spiral like a circle. Our entire body is covered in

cells as Skin in a circlular fashion as essence of our universe we are ONE.

When infusions begin to make its way through the the Earths grid, frequencies shower all life.

There are many layers that a particle of frequency enters to thus reach its destination Earth.

Therefore being quiet, still as an inner being allows for entry as codes of light frequencies through

human forms, which is easier when in a quiet location receiving our highest templates of

When we meditate we contemplate both are the ONE.

I command my inner self being to welcome new perceptions arising from the morning suns light,

as does the twinkle of star lights shine so bright. May a drop of rain or tear drop bring us closer

to our inner reality as our focus is with our inner most highest being and highest choices.

Our perception is like the personality, is like the color of a rainbow or the design of a flower.

How we preceive self is how source preceives us. This is a mirror image of a mirror.

Creating Now: Time lines

We are able to change a time line as a frequency by focusing on the vision we see.

A vision can appear by inner guidance as intuitive information, patterns of information that

are best received by writing down thoughts and sharing thoughts for clarity, because there

can be a mix of energies being sent that may not be the clear energies due to judgment and

tension during this next phase of humanity rising consciousness. We will need to be kind and find

the space in the NOW moment to make a tense moment into a beautiful moment. Laughter is best

as long as we do it with elegance of integrity. We will need to be kind and find the space in the NOW

to change the mental judgment we see in situations. There are many patterns that are generated by

our being human and interacting in human manners. Thus our DNA are designed by nature and are

evolving into more lightbody frequencies that will remove the tension and judgment.

We are now able to do less button pushing of emotiions and in fact that faction of DNA is gone,

due to the level of evolution we have achieved these years. May each human form receive blessings

by our healing hearts has had the upper hand on matters, we each are healers. Adonis.

As we venture upon a new way or a new age called the Golden Age. We find it valuable to be

present in each moment in the NOW of time. The past will bring the future, yet the future is not the

past. We can not bring the past with us nor the future with us in the increasing frequencies.

It is in the NOW of time that frequencies are gifted. Tune In to your eyes of your hearts voice.

We are able to see higher ways of change by finding spaces available in between the past and future.

What we say is that the NOW of time is our way. Staying focused in the presence of inner NOW

thus brings a new change we have been able to occur. Stay grounded by resting well, balance diet,

time to contemplate and sitting in a quite space. Adonis.

The frequencies have increased and we life forms must anchor those incoming energies into our forms.

We must sit quietly and contemplate what templated frequency is received and sent out.

What I would like to see is each soul present with eyes that sparkle with light and happiness.

How can we live in this divinity of light? We come to understand that new beings entering the earth

are seeding our atmosphere with new codes of light frequencies as see in the eyes of a newborn baby.

The gentle movement of the eye lids opening and closing, the softness of the eyes that look at you.

Our Promise

WE make a promise to be wise, we listen to learn wisdom.

What we have achieved is real, and how we go is it!

We venture into and around many different streamlines of consiciousness, life styles and thought

patterns of many templates we have moved from and new templates we are involved in to evolve.

We are persistant with keeping our promise for change, as we are consistant with change.

We are the wisdom of ages past, as is the present not the future?

Yet forget the past and do not think of the future, and why? BE in the NOW is a good thing,

yet we also need to plan for the future and remember the past to reduce similar mistakes in the

present, called NOW. This is called contemplation, especially when there are large decisions to make.

Even small decisions lead to a bigger decision when planning.

For example, planting a garden needs planning and thinking of the future harvest, as does most

decisions we do as creative beings.

The words forget tomorrow and do not think about the future is really calming the mind to be NOW.

We are in the best and greatness of times as the past slips into the NOW thus future created.

Or to say that in another perspective, what is NOW? When walking and seeing other people walking,

be in the now and have a conversation, yet about the things in the now, past or future?

How can we not carry the past and make a change? The past is gone, yet is wisdom. The past is

the wisdom to teach being present in the NOW, as we can get the mental template in the NOW.

What can we do to say we are NOW? How to focus on NOW? What will the NOW become?

We are sorting out what just happened with the increase of frequencies and how to be NOW.

Can we feel the same frequency? Can we see frequencies in the eyes of the beholder? Adonis.
