I have operated several computer systems and have developed expert techniques to explain how they work. These are simple to learn operating systems, that were designed to be "user friendly". I have experience as well as access to Windows 98, 2000, ME, and XP operating systems and I want to help you with the process of learning to use your personal computer.

I am familiar with many internet browser programs such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, and Netscape. These are the programs that we use on the internet to view the various web pages. I can teach you how to search for something on the internet or set up and read your emails. I am fluent in most web page design languages as well as skilled in accessibility software.

Now to put things in simpler terms, I have had 10+ years experience and I am available to help. Give me a call if you have questions or concerns about the internet, or your home computer. If I know the answers, I will explain it to you. I'm honest and willing to help you get familiar with any area of the computer that you are interested in. If I don't know, or I am unsure about something, I will tell you.
