Sometimes life gets difficult and it is hard for us to handle it alone. Maybe you feel depressed and lonely. Or, you might have suffered a loss and want to find a way to cope. It could be that you feel angry, hopeless, sad, or confused regarding something that has happened to you. If so, I can be there for you to remind you that you will make it through. I will help you sort it out, clarify what is happening, listen to you in a compassionate and non-judgmental space, and help you generate solutions regarding where to go from here. I also help people find hope and show them ways to rebuild trust, self-esteem, and confidence in life. You might also want help with relationships, work, stress, motivation, or even something related to your spiritual practice (or lack there of). As a professional counselor with extensive training and years of experience, I use a variety of tools to help you get real solutions for moving forward with greater freedom, love, and joy. I also include prayer and meditation for those who are seeking it.

I understand from my years of training and experience helping others that relationships can be fun, frightening, confusing, exhilarating, and the most wonderful or frustrating experience of your life. The secret to a great relationship is first learning first to love and care for yourself. It also helps to understand the opposite sex, develop good communication skills, and to become aware of the many behaviors such as codependency and fear of commitment that can destroy a relationship that might have had great potential.
You should know that my life quest has also been about spirituality and understanding what LOVE REALLY IS.
