E-mail support provides you with the same great advice at a fraction of the cost. Please e-mail a description of your question or project, and I will send back an answer or bid. You are guaranteed a response within 24 hours Monday through Friday! Of course live support is also available to provide quick, concise answers to your questions.
Low Rates, High Ratings
I am strongly committed to keeping my rates affordable so that all users have access to top quality support. The current rate for projects is $39 per hour. In most cases I will send the answer and bill separately so you do not have to pay for a solution until you are satisfied it has solved the problem. If the problem isn't solved, you don't have to pay. It is that simple. |
