Hey there! My name is Lindsey. I hold a Black Belt in Taekwondo and currently am transferring to the Omega Tao system created by Dr. Davis which incorporates Taekwondo, Isshinru, Judo, and Jujitsu with a bit of American boxing included. Omega also teaches several weapons aside from the standard Escrima and Bo staff. I've also done some training in Ed Parker style Kenpo Karate. If you want advice about which martial art is right for you, where to train, how often to train, or even advice about tournaments evaluations and anything else Martial Arts, I can help. I am also a tutor and taught Taekwondo (and will probably start again after completing the transfer to the Omega Tao system) so I can effectively help you rather than just spout off knowledge.
