I've studied diet and nutrition for nearly 10 years. In high school, I was dangerously overweight and read every book I could get my hands on about weight loss. When I got to college, having lost 50 lbs in a short period, I began to study Anthropology and Archeology. This taught me about how different cultures consume food and process calories. I also began to study the medical effects of the food we eat. I began helping my friends and family lose weight, and astoundingly, I've helped several people lose their excess lbs with about a half hour of exercise per day.
