For the last 31 years I have been helping individuals from
all walks of life reach their goals by listening to their deeper needs and
directing them to find practical solutions. I focus on the present and rely on
a cognitive/behavioral model for creating change.
My knowledge of human behavior is grounded in education:

and experience:

31 years of providing psychotherapy as a licensed professional
counselor;

24 years as a Certified Employee Assistance Professional. I am
currently the Vice President of Clinical Services for a national Employee
Assistance Program. My clients report a consistently high satisfaction rate in
anonymous surveys.
