I have over 30 years experience in counseling, business, nutrition, and money management. I earned three degrees: Business Admin (BA)., Sociology (MA), and Counseling (Ph. D.). I created the New Careering and have written four books on that topic. I have worked with th New Carering in Norway and Poland. I am a certified counselor and a trained mediator. I also do computer technical support and build web pages. As you might have guessed, I love to learn.

My counseling frequently includes a combination of working on personal issues, providing computer technical support, sometimes working with diet and money management. Using the New Careering framework allows me the luxury of working with different areas of concern in which I have expertise.

I worked full-time for a number of years and now own my own business. I do a private practice, teach part time at the university, speak and conduct workshops both nationally and internationally. Presently I’m working on an on-line program for world around teaching of the New Carering.

My private practice is as varied as the people who come. Some want a resume, others testing, others a change of direction, and a growing number of women now pursue the spiritual path. I have some clients who see me for help with changing their lifestyle, and eating habits. Then there's a group who want help with budgeting and money management.

A recent addition to my practice is family career development where I help both children and parents feel comfortable with the life direction process. What they all have in common is a desire to grow and change. By working with the New Careering, I can work with anything related to life. I love working with people as I think I have extraordinary listening skills. As you might guess by the number of books I’ve written, I love writing and helping others get started in writing.
