I am a nine year success story. I had the surgery when I was 49 years old. Look at me today. I have not been sick a day since the surgery; as a matter of fact I have never been healthier.....The time is now....There is so much about the nutritional requirements that is not given to you. Did you know that the way you absorb iron is thru the bottom of the stomach and during surgery you will lose that part? Also how about the right type of protein and vitamins? So many questions?
