Bruce was helpful, friendly and professional, and, was
mindful of the charges and didn't waste my time or cash.
He seemed to know what needs to be done, and said he'd send
me further instructions via email so I could work on this
on my own and not be under the pressure of the clock. I
don't know if what he says will work yet as I haven't done
it, but I am very hopeful.

Very friendly, professional. Cut to chase quickly, tolerant
of newbies. Unforunately in my particular case his Plan A
suggestion did not solve problem, but before exiting he at
least recognized that Plan A was not a sure thing, so he
also clarified the issue for me and also gave me a Plan B
idea.

will happen with regard to every suggestion.
