Each of us was born perfect and with the power and resources needed to achieve our highest perfection. Through negative experiences and conditioning many of us are unaware of this. So it is necessary to learn to reclaim our spiritual power and resources. Examples of Spiritual Resources are Confidence, Commitment, Control and Calm. I call them The 4 C's of Destiny. They are qualitative states of being that we need to function effectively in this stress-filled-fast paced-digitized world. I show you how to access these states of being by teaching you The Inner Language of Excellence. Simply put, The Inner Language of Excellence is the inner dialogue you have with yourself that helps you get motivated to accomplish something. We all have that dialogue.
Think about it, whenever you have achieved a desired outcome, goal or excellence, you probably had an inner dialogue that motivated you to achieve or function at a higher level. Well that is The Inner Language of Excellence. So, I show you how to consistently use this language as a tool to achieve and minimize the negatives in your thoughts.
Now how do I help you with this? I have a program called Harmonious Day, which combines various sitting and moving meditations, and visualization exercises based on Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). NLP is the study of excellence and how individuals structure their experiences. In addition, you are given specific goals and action items which systematically help to steadily progress you towards your goals.
These visualizations and action items are designed to guide you from unproductive states of mind to the divine well of abundance and excellence that is inside each of us. This is where you can access the spiritual resources of commitment, calm, control, clarity and others, as well as The Inner Language of Excellence.

The Creator did not put you on earth to do anything less. All you have to do is master The Inner Language of Excellence and ultimately yourself.
