Finding new and improved ways to become the parent you want to be and the family you want to have is right around the corner. I work daily with parents and families who are struggling to find a happy medium. Their teens don't listen, stay out all night, parents are working and have no time for family, your relationship with your spouce is struggling and you just feel to overwhelmed to fix it all. That is where my coaching comes in, I will work closely with you to determine what the clear barriers are and then help you develop a new plan to work through them starting with the most important one. We will work down the list until you feel happy, comfortable and relieved of the stress. When we are finished working through the barriers, mind you, are very normal, you will feel refreshed and ready to live your new life as a parent and in your relationship.
