I am a computer expert with over 15 years of experience in the field. I have been a Field Engineer, a Security Engineer, a Professional Services Engineer and a Customer Support Engineer. During that time my customers have been Lockheed Employees at the Kennedy Space center, Los Angeles County Employees at their Microwave Radio Center, Fortune 500 companies, Financial Institutions and other major companies. I have owned and operated my own ISP and am completely familiar and comfortable with all aspects of the Internet. I have been a system administrator on a large network, maintaining both servers and desktop/laptop systems.

You'll notice my rate of only $0.99/minute. It's not cheap, it's inexpensive. Because you don't need to be Donald Trump or Warren Buffet to afford good quality help!
