When I first got started working on computers many years ago, I would have loved to have a personal adviser for some of my hours and hours of problems. Computer Technicians tend to be closed-mouthed about knowledge in the industry. I'm not sure why, but many computer engineers will not give you the entire picture of what you are trying to do. I'm here to help you understand how things work and help you get on the right track.

MS Exchange 2003
Windows Vista
Windows XP
Windows ME
Windows 98
DOS (Yes I can still fix DOS problems)
Windows 2008 (not quite an expert but working on it)
MS Exchange 2007 (same as Windows 2008, working on it)
