First of all I will say that everyone suffers from some type of addiction! For some it may be sex/pornography, others it may be nicotine whether it be chewing or smoking, others may be drawn to gambling, drinking, and drug abuse. Some people may be addicted to all of the above!

How can you overcome these things? Do you really want to? Part of overcoming something is having a change of heart on truly wanting to overcome the self destructive behavior!

You want to know something? I have suffered from at least four of the above mentioned subjects and I overcame them all without fail! Did it happen overnight? Certainly not, but my life is so much better now!
