What I offer: I will teach you a system of approaching your thinking concerning the creation of wealth, investment, creating businesses, and negotiating deals (including your own salary) while maintaining a positive consciousness. The highest consciousness wins. But you need to know how to get there to win. (Please note that I am not able to offer advice as to the value of securities or as to the advisability of investing in, purchasing, or selling securities.)

What is my training? I trained as a physician at Columbia University, specializing in diagnostic pathology and becoming the Director of Surgical Pathology at a US medical school. While doing research, I discovered a molecule that is now in the medical textbooks that helps to regulate the immune system and form part of the nervous system and the heart valves. But my interest in how the mind works and discovers its own answers while achieving success was what I was pursuing.

The methods I teach are based in universal truths. I learned how to transcend mental programming from Eric Butterworth as well as from studying Tony Robbins' work and hypnotherapy, which is really the understanding of how our subconscious thoughts affect our lives. Most recently I spent five years mastering and facilitating a method of letting go of negative thoughts with an international organization. This was intensive training in learning how our thoughts determine the nature of our results. What then came to me as a gift were processes of inquiring about thoughts and feelings that works at the highest level leading to goal achievement and happiness.

My purpose is for you to see what you want in the way of abundance and to assist you in allowing that to show up! I am a facilitator who educates you. I work with client dealmakers, investors, and those seeking abundance from all backgrounds and religions who are CEOs, real estate agents and developers, mortgage brokers, business people and leaders, lawyers, doctors and health professionals, investors, teachers, actors, and non-professionals.

The goal is to help you learn how to approach the creation of abundance, investment and negotiation by examining your thinking. When you learn to eliminate fear and greed from your thinking, you will be allowing abundance to come into your life. You can apply these methods to your health and relationships as well. You (referred to as "Client" throughout) understand that the Ingenio Advisor Dr David (referred to as "Coach" throughout), is acting as your Coach by offering his services solely based on his personal experience with the processes employed and that is the meaning of the term "Coach" as used in this agreement. The Coach's role is that of a facilitator to teach you processes you can use every day, but during a session, it will be applied to a specific issue or goal you are interested in addressing. No claims are made by the Coach as to whether any particular benefit in any area of his/her life will accrue to the Client as a result of the sessions held or as a result of applying the processes taught. The Client specifically recognizes that the sessions do not represent any form of psychological, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric, hypnotherapeutic, or medical counseling or treatment of any kind. Although the Coach is licensed to practice medicine in the U.S., the Client understands that the Coach's work with him/her concerning the health of the Client or any other matter represents opinion only and is does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.

The Client understands that he/she should consult with appropriate licensed medical personal concerning health and psychological issues as needed. The Client further understands that any decisions he/she makes concerning his/her life are entirely his/her own and does not hold the Coach responsible for any outcomes whatsoever in his/her life including but not limited to outcomes in the area of life decisions, finance, investment, jobs, relationships, health, and sense of well being. The Coach does not hold a license as a financial advisor or broker, so the Client should consider contacting his/her financial advisor(s) prior to making investment or business decisions. The Client understands that all processes employed are methods of addressing one's thinking and the success that accrues to the Client is due to the Client's own effort and commitment. The Coach's role is simply to provide coaching as to how the Client can best make progress using the various processes. It is the Client's sole decision as to whether or not he/she will implement that coaching in his/her life and hence the Client takes full responsibility for all outcomes he/she experiences as a result of using the use of any processes taught to him/her by the Coach and/or utilizing the Coach's insights.

The Client also understands that these processes are proprietary and can be used for his/her own work, but that teaching these processes could be detrimental to the person receiving such information from an untrained individual. The Client understands that the processes taught by the Coach are copyright and trademark protected and are the sole property of the Coach. The Client agrees not to teach or utilize these processes with anyone without expressed written permission from Coach as well as the required training from him. The Client agrees to indemnify, defend and save and hold the Facilitator harmless from and against any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and costs and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees which result from, arise out of, or are in connection with this Agreement or any rights or obligations created in this Agreement, and the Client agrees that the maximum amount of damages that may be recovered in compensation will be limited to the total amount of money paid to the Coach. Both Client and Coach agree that the agreement to give or receive services may be terminated at any time without cause, but neither will such termination, nor the inability to enforce part of this agreement effect the rest of the agreement.
