I had a hard time with rating this call, and I had to think
about it for a few days. I have talked with Dr. Shaler a few
times now, and she is one of the best advisers here on
Ingenio. During this call, she said some things that were
hard for me to hear. However, it WORKED. After talking with
her for just an hour, my perspective on my situation was
changed in a way that took a burden off of me. I would
definitely call her again, and I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Shaler is the real deal. She knows her stuff and she's
quick to grasp the situation. A great listening and provides
great feedback. I felt immediately comfortable sharing things
with her and even had a few ah ha moments in only a matter of
a 40 minute call, which is much more than you can usually say
for a therapy session. Thanks and I look forward to talking

Very professional and a good communicator. The only reason
that I gave 4 instead of 5 stars was that this advisor
surprised me by first stating that I have a lot of energy,
which I initially took as a compliment, but then turned it
on me to point out my high anxiety, which made me feel
self-conscious about being highly anxious (I usually do not
feel self-conscious about that and felt that I had to try to
defend myself, which made me feel a little bit
uncomfortable). However, overall this advisor was quite
helpful in addressing the issue that I called about, and I
would recommend her to other callers.

What a wonderful advisor. I called two other advisors immediately before this
one. Both were out and about on their cell phones and could barely hear me. It
was refreshing to find a professional advisor who was prepared for my call. I was
amazed at how helpful she was. She gave me such stellar advice - advice worth a
million dollars. Thank you, Dr. Shaler, you will hear from me again.
