My expertise is my experience as a Revenue Agent and Appeals Officer for the IRS. I have a total work experience spanning 31 years. I've been in private practice for 21 years and am a partner with Thomas O. Bailey & Associates, CPA in Dallas, TX. I'm a licensed CPA in the State of Texas. Meet and Deal and knowledge of the tax law is my edge. I like to take my time and reslove any IRS issues in the most favorable manner to my client. I don't like the scare ads on the Radio and Television. There is no need to be afraid of the IRS. Believe it, or not, there are some very professional IRS folks who can help you whether you have a representative or not. So why use a professional? In a word, Trust, but verify. The tax law is complex; made more complex by your own unique set of problems. My motto is don't run and don't hide; deal with the problem and move on!
