I am a personal trainer. I have several certifications. I am here on this site to help people on a global level. I am able to help modify or create any program directed at any goal. Most common goals for people are to lose fat and tone up. Not only will I explain what to do but if you wish I will explain why you are doing what you are doing so you have understanding. I am able to take notes on everything you have done in the past or doing currently and explain what you might be doing wrong or could do better to improve your routines / programs.
